Kim is a mom to two young boys, wife to a super lucky husband, and a mobile personal trainer. Like many, she has been through fitness and health ups and downs. She believes in taking small achievable steps toward leading a life consistent with eating healthy, moving daily and enjoying a balanced life. She’s also passionate about showing women how empowering it is to love their post baby body. Kim is based out of Cochrane, Alberta.
Melissa White is a Certified Strength Coach, Postpartum Specialist and Recreation Therapist serving Simcoe County, Ontario.
She was voted Orillia's Favourite Fitness Club for Women as well as Favourite Bootcamp. She coached clients out of her private studio in Orillia.
As a mom and athlete, Melissa couldn't believe the gap in women's health care, especially around pain prevention during pregnancy and postpartum.
Melissa is passionate about not only the physical benefits of strength training, and rehabbing safely in postpartum, but also demolishing the societal expectations around women's bodies during the pregnancy and postpartum journey - to build confidence, self-acceptance, a healthy mindset and long-term sustainable habits around fitness and nutrition.

Rebecca is a Registered Nurse, business owner, and fitness coach for women. She specializes in helping postnatal women (1 day-30 years postnatal) with pelvic dysfunction improve their symptoms and live a happier life. Her own problems in this area and lack of quality help from the medical community drove her to help other women who are struggling with pelvic issues. Rebecca lives in Lexington, KY with her husband and daughter.
Stacey has helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals over the past 14 years. She currently runs her own semi-private personal training business within the largest yoga studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Stacey is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, holds her Russsian Kettlebell Certification and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance. Her focus is strength training with a strong emphasis on postural integrity and alignment. This, paired with solid nutritional education for her clients creates the foundation for their success. Not only do her clients learn to move properly, gain strength and eliminate pain, they learn to start listening to their bodies.
