I have spent 18 years coaching pregnant and postpartum clients, and the last 12 building and scaling a fitness business that I am genuinely proud of.
When I started specializing in perinatal fitness, I had to piece together knowledge from every corner of the research - there was no single resource that covered pelvic health, strength training, clinical conditions, inclusive coaching and business development together.
So I built PFSA to be that resource.
Over the past decade, hundreds of coaches and clinicians have completed the certification and gone on to build practices that serve their communities with real depth and real expertise.
This is the certification I wish had existed when I started. I cannot wait for you to go through it.
