I’m Jessie Mundell, perinatal fitness specialist and Kinesiologist at 

I’ve dedicated my work to bringing pregnant and postpartum people the most effective fitness plan for whichever stage of life they’re in. I take this work very seriously, as I know how difficult these times can be. 

I hold an undergraduate degree in Physical Education and a Masters degree in Kinesiology with a focus in prenatal and postnatal exercise.

My GOAL is to help people with pelvic floors (all genders!) feel more capable and comfortable in their bodies, and I’ve spent years and countless hours helping thousands of moms and parents receive the fitness TLC they deserve.

I'm also a mom to two young kids!

Why? BECAUSE I’VE EXPERIENCED things similar to what YOU’RE EXPERIENCING, and I want to help you through it.

When I gave birth to my first baby I went through an unplanned C-section that took me for a ride.

Birthing and postpartum is series of surprises, and we don’t always know how to handle the unexpected. In fact, sometimes, like in my case, our doctors sends us home without a single tip on how to recover from such an impact. 

Our bodies are strong, YES, but they need our help to heal in a way that leaves us feeling at our most powerful.

For those who want to rehab their abs, heal their pelvic floor, and gain strength in their body. I provide you with an intentionally planned and effective exercise plan to help you recover. This program will help you feel strong, comfortable, and less achy again. It will also help get you back to your favourite workouts faster (yoga, lifting weights, running, cycling, etc)!

c-Section version

For those who’ve experienced a C-section (whether scheduled or unplanned) and want to do effective abdominal and core training exercises for post-pregnancy. We’ll keep your pelvic floor healthy so you can leave the extra undies and liners at home. We’ll help you heal your body after a major surgery and get you back to the workouts you love faster!

you probably have a lot of questions. here are all the answers.

It’s 8 weeks to a healthier, more healed YOU! This is an 8-week program, but is self-directed and created for BUSY parents and people. The circuits are do-able in 8-10 minutes and are the most efficient for your needs. The only equipment required is your resilient body and a medium-strength resistance band.
As soon as 2-3 weeks after birth! Most, whether they’ve had a vaginal birth or a cesarean, can start a gentle movement routine as soon as 2-3 weeks after childbirth. Of course, always check with your doctor to make sure that your OK’d for this start date.
This course is MADE for you! The core training circuit will only take 8-10 minutes, and you’ll do them 5-7 days per week. I make sure to keep this easy, accessible, and manageable because I GET how hard this can feel.

While I can't say what is "safe" for you without more details, it is designed to be accessible and successful for those with prolapse! We've had hundreds of people with prolapse successfully complete the program and report that they are better able to connect to their pelvic floor, and manage their symptoms. 

It’s never too late to work on your pelvic floor function! We can always keep working on maintaining or gaining good function of our core and pelvic floor muscles.

You bet! If you’re working with another program, I would recommend using Core + Floor Restore as your workout warmup, and as part of your daily movement on your days off from your other routine.
