I’m Jessie Mundell, perinatal fitness specialist and Kinesiologist at JessieMundell.com, and I'm A MOM. I’ve dedicated my work to bringing pregnant and postpartum people the most effective fitness plan for whichever stage of life they’re in. I take this very seriously. I hold an undergraduate degree in Physical Education and a Masters degree in Kinesiology with a focus in prenatal and postnatal exercise.
My GOAL is to help people with pelvic floors (everyone!) feel INCREDIBLE in their bodies, and I’ve spent years and countless hours helping thousands of moms receive the fitness TLC they deserve!
